Q: Thank you for page 187! It really helped to have you break down the metabolic modifiers into categories of start, stay and strong. My question is this: do I have to be taking all of the ones listed under "start" before I can use the ones under "stay"? Or do I use the ones under "stay" and "get strong" only before I'm going to work out?
